Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of, or related to, these Terms or the Service shall be instituted exclusively in the federal or state courts located in San Francisco County, California. You waive any and all objections to the exercise of jurisdiction over you by such courts and to venue in such courts.

11. Miscellaneous

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and merlinium.top regarding our Service and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have had between us regarding the Service.
